How it works
Upload a resume. Pick your jobs. The rest is done for you.
Sign in and say what you want
Pick up to three target roles (a job title and the levels that fit), where you want to work, the lowest salary you'd take, and what to avoid. Not sure? Your agent can suggest roles from your career notes.
Upload your resume
A PDF or Word file. Your agent reads it, writes your career notes (every fact tagged with where it came from), fills in the basics it can, and asks only for what's missing, such as work rights or notice period.
Get matching jobs every morning
Your agent writes your searches, runs them across SEEK and LinkedIn, and checks companies' own careers pages every day. Your first search runs straight away, so you'll see jobs on day one. Each one comes with a fit score and a line on why it fits.
Pick the jobs you want
Add a job to your pipeline with one click. Your agent asks a few quick questions about what the ad wants that your notes don't cover yet; each answer goes straight into your notes.
Let your agent get each job ready
In the background it tailors your resume to the ad, finds the people who control the hire and potential future colleagues, and drafts a short message to each, as an email and a LinkedIn note.
Ask for a referral first
Before you apply, ask someone who works there. Your agent drafts the message; you copy it and send it yourself.
Apply, reach out and follow up
Review your tailored resume, download it, and apply on the company's own site. Then message the people who control the hire. If someone doesn't reply, your agent drafts a follow-up for you.
Track every role
Your pipeline board shows every job, from the day you pick it to the day it closes. Drag a card forward as things move, or back if you need to.
Nothing is sent for you. Your agent writes drafts; you review every one and send it yourself, from your own email or LinkedIn. You apply on the company's site yourself too.
